A small group of New Zealand artisans came together over many months to craft a unique gift that is quintessential New Zealand. The desire was to give you one of nature's rarest grades of Manuka honey and a truly unique experience around it.

In order to produce a Manuka honey of such purity and strength, rare Manuka nectar is cared for and collected by our family of beekeepers. Then the honeycomb is harvested via our proprietary whole comb™ technology where only the wax is removed – and nothing else – the rest is yours just as nature intended!

This honey is graded Monofloral Manuka honey by NZ Government Export standards.
